It is anticipated that a Consortium will be formed to make commercially available the results of research projects involving NanoSand™ technologies. The anticipated approach is that each member of the Consortium would own the IP it creates and grant each of the other parties a non-exclusive license to use that IP for the purposes of the Project.

The primary objective is to have the technology developed from this project to be made available as soon as possible, while protecting the rights of Consortium members to their innovative contributions. New members of the Consortium will likely be added as results are achieved and as related technologies evolve and converge with the ongoing development of NanoSand™ technologies.

Please participate in this discussion with the understanding the rights of participants to their own IP will be respected by other participants and that disclosures in this forum are for the purpose of sharing information to facilitate the proposed research consortium. Information shared in this forum is not intended to be public disclosures invalidating possible IP rights.
